Returns Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused items in their original condition. Products must be in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products and downloads
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons
- Sale items marked as final reduction
- Gift cards and vouchers
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account
- Visit ‘Order History’
- Select items for return
- Complete returns form
- Package items securely
- Include completed returns note
- Post using returns label
Return Methods
We offer:
- Free UK returns via Royal Mail
- International returns at customer’s expense
- Drop-off at any Post Office branch
- Tracked returns service available
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within:
- 5-7 working days after we receive return
- To original payment method
- Excluding original delivery costs
- International refunds may take longer
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt
- Provide photos of the fault
- We cover return shipping costs
- Choose replacement or full refund
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Size exchanges (subject to availability)
- Colour alternatives
- Different product of equal value
- Store credit option available
International Returns
For international customers:
- You are responsible for return postage
- Include customs documentation
- Mark as ‘Returned Goods’
- Declare correct value for customs
Returns Exceptions
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse returns that don’t meet policy
- Charge restocking fee for used items
- Return items that fail inspection
Seasonal Returns
Extended returns period during Christmas:
- Purchases made 1st Nov-24th Dec
- Can be returned until 31st January
- Standard conditions apply
Green Returns
We encourage:
- Reusing original packaging
- Using carbon-neutral returns option
- Considering exchanges before returns
