Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. During peak periods, please allow additional processing time.

UK Delivery Options
We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – £2.95
  • Express Delivery (1-2 working days) – £4.95
  • Next Day Delivery* – £7.95 (order before 2pm)
    *Excludes Scottish Highlands and Islands

International Delivery
We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location:

  • European Union: 5-10 working days from £9.95
  • Rest of World: 10-21 working days from £14.95

Free Delivery
Free standard UK delivery is available on all orders over £50. This excludes heavy/bulky items and international orders.

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive:

  • Dispatch confirmation email
  • Tracking number (where available)
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Carrier contact information

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery problems:

  1. Check your tracking information first
  2. Contact the carrier directly
  3. If unresolved, contact our customer service
  4. Have your order number ready

Failed Deliveries
If you’re not available:

  • Carrier will leave a card
  • Package will be held at local depot
  • Redelivery can be arranged
  • Items returned after 14 days

Address Changes
To change your delivery address:

  • Contact us immediately after ordering
  • Changes only possible before dispatch
  • We cannot modify addresses once shipped

Special Delivery Instructions
You can add delivery instructions:

  • During checkout process
  • In the delivery notes section
  • We try to follow these where possible

Heavy/Bulky Items
Some larger items may:

  • Have longer delivery times
  • Require special delivery arrangements
  • Incur additional delivery charges

  • These are not included in our prices
